PHOXXYDATA is named in honor of William Raynard "Phoxxy" Hill — one of the first two African Americans to take a U.S. company public, following a career spent building technology organizations around capability, preparation, and execution — not simply titles.
He was operating "in the LOOP" long before there was a name for it. His work is the foundation this platform is built on.
His career was a long study in pattern recognition — the ability to see, ahead of everyone else in the room, which people had already prepared themselves for the moment about to arrive. He built teams around capability, preparation, and execution, and organized companies so that the right talent could actually be discovered, deployed, and delivered when it mattered.
He was operating in the loop before there was a name for it — reading movement in industries, in organizations, and in people, and translating what he saw into decisions others could act on.
